InfoPress Email-On-Demand
InfoPress Email-On-Demand goes beyond simple "mailbots" or "autoresponders" by providing menu access to a categorized library of information, offering users a choice of document formats. Rich text formats such as Adobe Acrobat can be requested and sent via MIME email or fax, while plain text formats can be sent universally to any email system. Replies are generated automatically using a customizable template. Reporting and monitoring capabilities capture every email address received by the system, allowing users to keep track of activity and build an email database.

InfoPress Voice Response
The InfoPress Voice Response System allows prospects, customers and remote employees to request information by touch-tone phone and, with the addition of InfoPress Fax, receive documents by fax. The system supports up to twenty-four voice lines per PC. Multiple levels of voice menus can be configured, and password protection is available at many levels.
