Native file formats such as Adobe Acrobat and MS-Word can be requested and sent as MIME attachments via email; while plain text formats can be universally sent to any email system.

Here's how it works

When an initial email is sent to InfoPress Email-On-Demand, the system returns a catalog of documents which acts as a document order form. The email user places an "X" next to the document(s) of interest and replies to the email. InfoPress Email-On-Demand then retrieves the documents, in the appropriate format, and emails them back to user.

Automated or custom email responses

InfoPress Email-On-Demand will generate replies automatically, using the template which you set up and the library of documents that you categorized. Additionally, you can customize a response following a few guidelines on the use and placement of keywords and symbols. A hybrid approach can be used, by letting the system generate a catalog of document choices, which can then be edited.

Integrated fax option

With the addition of the InfoPress Fax Enabler™ module, a "Fax Me" feature can be added to each catalog generated by the system. Users can request information and receive it via fax, extending the delivery of information even further to non-email capable sites.
