Does it support attachments or do I have to use text files?

Text is universal for email delivery and is the document standard of choice when considering compatibility. However, InfoPress Email-On-Demand also supports the MIME standard for attaching files. Approximately 50% of the email systems support MIME (for those that don't, the email users can always request the information sent via fax). Because Adobe Acrobat is becoming the standard for cross-platform document publishing, we recommend Acrobat for non-text documents.
