What do you mean "text" version? Are there different versions of each document?

Yes. There is one main "source" document with different subversions for the various types of delivery media. For example, you may have a source document in Acrobat format, but a text version for email delivery and a TIFF version for fax delivery. Sub-versions can easily be added by clicking on the "fax" or "email" tabs in the document properties of the Document Explorer.
