How do I set up my Web documents?

Fax-from-Web includes sample HTML code which illustrates various methods of linking check-boxes on a Web page to Ibex fax library documents. The sample code also illustrates setting up a form to collect the user’s name and fax number, and adding a "fax button." In addition, Fax-from-Web includes a PERL program, to be run on a Web server, which collects the information to be passed to an Ibex server. (Note: For those familiar with Ibex systems, it creates a fax gateway script.)
