DISCUSSION
The FaxPress integrates well with the NEC Electra Elite system. The Electra will be programmed as if the FaxPress is a second voice mail system using analog integration.
First connect the FaxPress to an analog port on the Electra Elite.
Second use program 4/14 to name the first of the ports as the pilot and program 4/15 to allow the ports to hunt together. The ports must also be configured as analog voice mail ports using program 4/35. Use program 4/10 to create “CAR” extensions for each fax box DID. These must be call forwarded to the FaxPress pilot extension using command 47.
